Instructional Assistant Mild/Mod I PT

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is patient, kind, organized, timely, can collaborate well, and can manage students in small groups or individually.

Requirements

• Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department.
• Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Additional training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 4 upon completion.

Pay

Effective July 1, 2026 — Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour). Salary schedules available.

Schedule

25 hours per week.
