Instructional Assistant Mild/Mod I PT

Job Description

Effective July 1, 2026, Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour) Salary.

Responsibilities

• Working with students in small groups.
• Handling sensitive files and paperwork.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Must complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department.
• Training must be completed within one week of hire as a condition of employment.
• Additional training is available through the Special Education department allowing the employee to increase to lane 4 upon completion.
