We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe position purpose/summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay (salary range), Schedule (hours/FTE, calendar days). Benefits we have. About the role we have position purpose/summary. Responsibilities we have essential duties. Requirements maybe we can combine education/experience minimum qualifications as Requirements. Qualifications maybe preferred qualifications. Skills maybe knowledge, skills and abilities. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them appropriately.
We need to avoid boilerplate: things like "The statements contained herein reflect general details..." maybe that's boilerplate? It's part of description but maybe considered generic. However it's substantive? It says "should not be considered an all-inclusive listing". Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the job description. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The statement about not all-inclusive might be considered legal boilerplate? It's typical disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; safer to remove it. Also "Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload." That's also generic but maybe part of responsibilities. Might keep as part of responsibilities? It's a generic statement; but it's part of the description. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it unless it's clearly boilerplate like EEO. The "Individuals may perform other duties as assigned" is typical but still substantive? It's a statement about flexibility. I'd keep it.
We also need to remove duplicated lines. There may be duplicates like "Non-exempt, Classified" appears multiple times; we should keep only once.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
