Job Description
Instructional Assistant I / II / III support our elementary students. We are looking for candidates with any combination of experience and training which provides the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties.
- Support teachers in the classroom by assisting with daily activities, managing student behavior, and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
- Assist with lesson preparation and implementation, including organizing materials and setting up learning stations.
- Provide individualized attention to students, adapting instruction to meet their diverse needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure the success of each student.
Qualifications

- Must possess, or be willing and able to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.
