Instructional Assistant -Eagle Rock Elementary School for 2026-27 school year
About the role
The Instructional Assistant will assist licensed staff with instructional and supportive tasks, provide one-on-one and small group tutoring, and supervise students during class time, lunch, and recess. This position includes preparing instructional materials, maintaining records, grading assignments, and supporting the use of classroom technology.
Instructional Assistant's are expected to contribute positively to staff meetings, demonstrate professional behavior, respect student confidentiality, and adapt to the changing needs of students and teachers. A strong commitment to ethical standards, district policies, and creating a safe, inclusive environment is essential.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One of the following required educational qualifications: postsecondary coursework, an associate's degree, or passing district assessments

Pay
$17.20-$24.45 per hour depending upon verified previous full-time experience in a similar position
