Instructional Assistant

About the role

The Instructional/Educational Assistant assists the Professional and Administrative staff with the delivery of student support services in a broad spectrum of educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and implementation of student support services
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of educational programs
• Support students with various needs through direct assistance and referrals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
• Background check and drug screening may be required

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
