Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) is seeking several dedicated Instructional Assistants to join our team and help high school students succeed in a hands‑on, career‑focused learning environment, supporting students and making a positive difference each day.

Requirements

• High school diploma

Skills

• Proficiency in math, reading, and writing

Qualifications

• Specialized training and/or experience working with youth (preferred)
• Work experience in any technical trade (a plus)

Pay

Starting salary is $16.20 per hour with annual increases.

Schedule

Full‑time (32.5 hours per week); schedule follows the school calendar (189 days). Summers off, no night or weekend work. Holidays off. Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break.
