Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing instructional materials, organizing supplies, and setting up classroom activities.
• Support whole-group, small-group, and individual learning as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Provide individualized support and accommodations to meet the diverse learning needs of all learners.
• Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and respect among students.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-classroom times.
• Support students in developing independence, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in education preferred
