Instore Grocery Sales Representative/Merchandiser

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships in-store with key decision makers across all departments.
  • Execute pre-planned and ad-hoc retail initiatives to maintain shelf integrity and support promotions.
  • Use a company provided tablet to:
    • Accurately report all work completed/store level actions, observations, photos, and issues.
    • Schedule work assignments.
    • Receive work documentation and information.
    • Record work start and completion times.
  • Maintain coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory according to customer frequency plans.
  • Attend resets and implement retail schematics as directed by the customer to meet the shelving plan, as required.
  • Participate in team-scheduled tasks such as retail sales meetings and food shows, as required.
  • Travel may be required outside the local area and include overnight stays on occasion for meetings and other needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience working at or with HEB stores is preferred.
  • This position requires a territory in and around the Dallas Metroplex.
