About the role
Responsible for inventory availability and inventory health, optimized via improved in-stock position, inventory turns, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time), forecasting, and shrink.
Responsibilities
- Drives initiatives to improve customer experience, enable new capabilities, and reduce waste
- Answers complex business questions and makes decisions by querying and analyzing large data sets
- Works with internal teams to build automated tools and process improvements that will drive scale and reduce error
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation
- Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or as a Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Planner, or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of experience
- Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):
- Experience in business intelligence, including creation of complex queries using SQL, validation of data sets, and distillation of data into actionable insights
- Experience in Excel, PowerPivot and Visual Basic
- Experience in statistics concepts and statistical software packages, including R
Pay
Salary range: $133,300 - $185,000 per year (Sunnyvale, CA). Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
