Responsibilities
- Work closely with chef instructors to prep ingredients for production lab classes.
- Cut, measure, and distribute required ingredients as per the daily production sheet.
- Communicate effectively with instructor chefs.
- Setup and sanitize work area before and after shifts.
- Breakdown work area, sanitize equipment, and store appropriately.
- Adhere to sanitation regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to take direction from chef instructors.
- Proper knife skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, and twist.
- Holds current Servsafe Sanitation Certificate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Prefer current culinary student.
Skills
- Desired knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
Benefits
