About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preconstruction plans and strategies for institutional sector projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors to establish project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships to ensure project expectations are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and present preconstruction reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in preconstruction or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with institutional sector projects (schools, hospitals, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
