We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Position Summary". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Who We Are: description of organization. Could be "About the organization" but not listed as allowed heading? Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Who We Are" maybe could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat it as "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. The "Who We Are" is about organization. Could we include a section like "About the organization"? Not in allowed list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. We have Position Summary: description of role. That could go under "About the role". Then Responsibilities: we have a big list. Then Experience, Education, and Skills Required: that could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes "Experience, Education, and Skills Required". We can break into Requirements (maybe experience/education), Qualifications, Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section covering experience, education, skills. Or we could have separate sections if substantive. Compensation and Benefits: we have compensation paragraph includes benefits description and salary range. So we can have Benefits section (list benefits) and Pay section (salary range). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state benefits and salary range, so we can include Benefits and Pay. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading content. That's okay inside paragraph. We must remove boilerplate: EEO etc. At end there is statement about inclusive workplace etc. That's boilerplate? Might be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Should remove. Also "We are open to the possibility that a great candidate..." maybe also boilerplate but it's part of encouragement to apply; could be considered application instruction? Might be removed. Safer to remove generic encouragement statements. Keep substantive info. We need to preserve all substantive information: organization description, position summary, responsibilities details, expectations bullet points, experience/education/skills required, compensation and benefits. Let's extract. Who We Are: paragraph about TPL mission, stats. Keep. Position Summary: paragraph about role. Responsibilities: includes percentages and bullet-like sentences. We'll convert to
    • . Expectations: list of expectations after "Expectations:" - these are also responsibilities but more specific. Could merge into responsibilities list. But we can keep as part of responsibilities. Experience, Education, and Skills Required: list of items. Compensation: includes hybrid work, location, benefits, salary range. We need to avoid duplication. Let's craft HTML:

      Requirements

A minimum of nine years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with demonstrated expertise in devising strategies, securing substantial funding from, and effectively stewarding major institutional partners; a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding fundraising targets; proficiency in crafting compelling written and verbal fundraising communications; ability to convey intricate concepts through presentations, emails, and direct interactions; substantial experience in composing complex grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and institutional reports; track record of identifying and qualifying new prospects from cold outreach; proven and substantial history of cultivating and maintaining fruitful relationships with foundations and corporations; experience conceiving and executing corporate engagement initiatives, encompassing networking events, volunteer participation activities, and more; proficiency in utilizing fundraising databases, Microsoft Office applications, and online research tools; experience collaborating with Finance and Program staff to devise proposal budgets; self-driven, adept at managing multiple priorities, paying meticulous attention to detail and deadlines, and achieving success with minimal supervision; capacity to excel both independently as a strong individual contributor and as an active team participant, introducing fresh concepts and opportunities; genuine interest in and commitment to Trust for Public Land's mission; willingness to adopt flexible work hours and occasional travel throughout the region is essential; strong commitment to TPL’s shared values (Belonging, Creativity, Collaboration, Impact, and Hope) to effectively work across the organization.

We could also split into Qualifications and Skills but maybe not needed. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine experience, education, skills into Requirements. Now Benefits and Pay. Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, vacation and sick pay plus holidays, a year end office closure, and a 403(b)-retirement plan, currently with up to a 7% company match. Pay: anticipated hiring range for this position is $101,000 to $115,000. Also mention competitive salaries commensurate with experience (but that's filler). We'll include Pay section with the range. We also have hybrid work environment and location near office. Could be part of Benefits? Maybe include in Benefits as "Hybrid work environment; ideally located near a Trust for Public Land office." That's a benefit. Let's create:

      Benefits

      • Hybrid work environment; ideally located near a Trust for Public Land office.
      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • Vacation and sick pay plus holidays.
      • Year‑end office closure.
      • 403(b) retirement plan with up to a 7% company match.

      Pay

      Anticipated hiring range: $101,000 to $115,000 (full‑time).

We also have Who We Are description. Could be placed before About the role as a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could we put it under About the role? The About the role currently has position summary. We could prepend Who We Are as a paragraph before position summary within same section. That would be okay: About the role includes both organization description and role summary. But the heading "About the role" might be misleading if we include organization description. However we could create a separate section "About the organization" but not allowed. Perhaps we can include Who We Are as a paragraph under About the role before the position summary. That preserves info. Thus:
