Institutional Credit Analyst - Mortgages

What You'll Do

• Perform credit underwriting for mortgage originators, servicers, and specialty finance firms
• Analyze credit risk and prepare recommendations for senior management
• Serve as a subject matter expert on agency mortgage products
• Partner with business and risk teams on credit decisions
• Produce high-quality credit memos and risk assessments

Requirements

• 6+ years of institutional credit analysis experience
• Strong background covering mortgage originators, servicers, or specialty finance companies
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial statement analysis
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Agency MBS, CMBS, TBA, CMO, or DUS products is a plus
