About the role
Blue Owl is seeking an Analyst to join its Central Diligence team, supporting our RFP and due diligence function. This role works closely with senior leaders to aggregate operational and investment content for client diligence and reporting. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple asset classes and grow within a fast-paced, innovative platform.
Responsibilities
- Support operational and investment due diligence across Credit, GP Strategic Capital, Real Assets, and Insurance Solutions
- Drive fundraising and client service through DDQ, RFP, and ODD response processes
- Develop and maintain diligence materials and centralized content repository
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure timely, accurate updates
- Build knowledge of fund products, strategies, and operational processes
- Maintain consultant databases and reporting accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in asset management operations or performance analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, including senior management
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; resourceful and solution driven
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
Pay
The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $85,000 - 100,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
