About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive team member to join our Install Recruiting Team at DaBella. Our team focuses on shaping the future of our company by turning challenges into triumphs and driving results.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate contractor applicants to confirm they meet all required licensing, insurance, experience, and quality standards.
  • Assess overall fit by reviewing communication style, professionalism, and alignment with company standards.
  • Proactively identify and recruit top talent through strategic outreach, sourcing efforts, and networking across multiple markets.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to present qualified candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure consistent, timely follow-up throughout the process.
  • Sustain well-organized candidate pipelines and detailed documentation to ensure clear visibility and alignment across the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home improvement or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products such as roofing, windows, siding, bath, solar, etc.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Understanding of home improvement industry standards and regulations.

$22.00 - $24.00 hourly + Opportunities for Bonus

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
