About the role

The Installer I plays a crucial role in the successful installation of commercial kitchen and bar equipment. This position requires the ability to drive and operate a 26-foot box truck, set up equipment with precision, utilize a forklift, manage orders, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up commercial kitchen and bar equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize a forklift to handle equipment as necessary.
• Pick orders accurately and assist with inventory management.
• Interact professionally with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the installation process.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned to support team goals and operational needs.

Requirements

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
• Ability to handle tools and equipment, with a knack for troubleshooting if needed.
• Initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Dedication to providing exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability to travel approximately 1-2 overnight shifts every other week or as needed.

Qualifications

• Physical strength to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
• Experience driving a 26-foot box truck.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-focused attitude.

Skills

• Proficiency in using a 26-foot box truck.
• Forklift operation certification (provided if needed).
• Order management and inventory management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
