Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Installer to support our home remodeling projects. This hands-on role is essential to delivering high-quality results for our customers by assisting with installations, repairs, and general construction tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and growing within the home improvement industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathroom, and basement remodeling projects
- Perform general labor tasks, including demolition, material handling, and site prep
- Install or assist with Bathroom remodels, LVT flooring, minor drywall work, fixtures, and basic plumbing elements
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times
- Work closely with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
