What you’ll do:
- Ride along with experienced Installers each day to customer homes across the Valley.
- Help prep job sites, learn to use tools, and learn the trade by doing.
What we provide:
- Paid training from Day 1,
- paid Hunter Douglas certifications,
- all tools and safety equipment,
- paid time off.
What we need from you:
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa showroom each morning,
- valid AZ license with clean MVR,
- ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders,
- willingness to pass a drug screen.
This is the first rung of our 4-tier installer ladder — promotions to Installer ($50K + van) and Lead Installer ($70K + van) are earned, not promised.
