Closet Factory Boston is hiring Installers to join our growing team. You’ll take professionally custom-designed storage solutions systems and turn them into finished, high-quality installations in our clients’ homes. Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, home offices, and custom storage systems from start to finish
• Load, transport, and deliver materials safely to job sites
• Read and interpret design plans and layouts
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install products with precision
• Problem-solve on-site to ensure a flawless final result
• Interact professionally with clients in their homes
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work environment

You are the final and most important step in the process—bringing each project to life and ensuring the customer is thrilled with the result.

Requirements

• Experience with hand tools and strong knowledge of carpentry (construction, cabinetry, or installation experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to read plans or willingness to learn
• Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills
• Reliable, team player, and team-oriented, solution-focused mindset
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required for travel to and between job sites daily
• Must pass a background check

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, starting at 6:45 AM
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Based out of Wilmington, MA (day starts and ends at our shop)
• Regional travel required; occasional overnight stays possible

Pay

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour + performance-based bonus opportunities
