About the role

Closet Factory, the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home, is searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of Installers at our local facility. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 22 years and have locations across the country. We have experienced significant, long-term growth. Create and install complete projects from beginning to end. You must have a good attitude and always be aware that you are working to satisfy each client.

Responsibilities

• Create and install complete custom closet projects from beginning to end
• Communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Custom Closets, Wall Beds, Lighting Projects, Office and Countertop Installation (required)
• Experienced Trim Carpenter
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Work authorization: United States (required)
• Experience installing custom closets required
• Experience with basic hand tools
• Available to work some Saturdays

• Installation of wall beds a plus
• Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction

Pay

• $60,000 - $100,000 annually
• 7% Commission for Lead Installers
• Bonus Pay
• Pay frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Typical start time: 7:30 AM
• Typical end time: 4:30 PM
