Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and any other items sold by the company.
• Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
• Carry out any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

Local out‑of‑town travel as required, with daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

The role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are essential. Lifting up to 50 lb may be required, depending on specific job duties.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
