About the Role
Assists the Lead Installer with the installation of household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.).
- Prepare appliances as directed by the lead installer.
- Assist the lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
- Clean work space before departure from the jobsite.
- Pull orders for scheduled installs.
- Assist in loading the truck for daily installs and deliveries.
- Unload and clean the truck at the end of the work day.
- Handle customers and customer information respectfully; direct customer questions to the lead installer.
- Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned or requested by management.
- Maintain warehouse organization.
Requirements
- Technical training may be completed on-the-job.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Customer service skills and ability to present oneself professionally as a company representative.
- Able to lift heavy objects, over 100 lbs.
- Physically capable of frequent bending and lifting.
