Installer

Responsibilities

• Affixes fitness equipment to trucks and transports it to client facilities.
• Unloads and delivers fitness equipment to client locations.
• Installs and removes fitness equipment as part of the installation team.
• Assists with paperwork, including filling out BOLs and inventory lists.
• Ensures proper disposal of packaging materials and dunnage.
• Communicates with clients and McCollister’s planners via phone and email.
• Participates in daily tasks such as trash removal and tool maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with fitness equipment.
• Experience working in a fitness environment preferred.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive communication skills.
• Competent computer and iPad skills.
• Organized and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Outfitted in McCollister’s Fitness shirts and black shorts/pants.
• Must wear appropriate footwear with steel toe protection.
• Professional demeanor required, especially with clients.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
• Basic computer skills for Microsoft Office and Google G Suite.
