Installer

Responsibilities

• Affixes fitness equipment to trucks and transports it to client facilities.
• Unloads and delivers fitness equipment to client locations.
• Installs and removes fitness equipment as part of the installation team.
• Assists with paperwork, such as BOLs and inventory lists.
• Coordinates with drivers for directions, client communications, and equipment management.
• Ensures safety protocols are followed during transportation and installations.
• Organizes and cleans up after each job, including removing trash and packing materials.
• Maintains tools and equipment provided by McCollister’s.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with fitness equipment.
• Experience working in a fitness environment.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Positive communication skills.
• Competent computer and iPad skills.
• Effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Organized work habits.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
