Installer

Responsibilities

• Aids in loading and unloading fitness equipment from the warehouse.
• Installs and removes fitness equipment at client facilities.
• Completes daily tasks such as folding blankets and packing up equipment.
• Assists the driver with various tasks including navigation, paperwork, and communication.
• Ensures safety measures are taken during transportation and installations.
• Removes trash and dunnage after each job.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with fitness equipment.
• Experience working in a fitness environment.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Positive communication skills.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Competent computer and iPad skills.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Organized work habits.
• Proven track record of teamwork and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outfitted in McCollister’s Fitness shirts and black shorts/pants.
• Must have boots or work shoes with steel toe.
• Act professionally at all times, especially with clients.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic computer and typing skills for Microsoft Office and Google G Suite applications.
