Installer

Responsibilities

• Affixes fitness equipment to trucks and transports it to client facilities.
• Unloads and delivers fitness equipment to client locations.
• Installs and removes fitness equipment as part of the installation team.
• Assists with paperwork, including filling out BOLs and inventory lists.
• Ensures safety during transportation and installations.
• Collaborates with drivers for directions, paperwork, and client communications.
• Removes and organizes equipment and trash after each job.
• Maintains tools and equipment provided by McCollister’s.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with fitness equipment.
• Experience working in a fitness setting.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive communication skills.
• Competent computer and iPad skills.
• Organized and able to work in a timely manner.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Team-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
• Basic computer skills for Microsoft Office and Google G Suite.
