Installer

Responsibilities

• Aids in loading and unloading fitness equipment from the warehouse.
• Installs and removes fitness equipment at client facilities.
• Completes daily tasks such as folding blankets and packing up equipment.
• Communicates with clients and McCollister’s planners as needed.
• Ensures safety measures are taken during transportation and installations.
• Assists with cleaning up after each job, including removing trash and dunnage.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with fitness equipment.
• Experience in a fitness-related field is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Positive communication skills.
• Competent computer and iPad skills.
• Effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Organized work habits.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn.
• Professional demeanor, especially with clients.
• Basic computer skills for Microsoft Office and Google G Suite.

Qualifications

Outfitted in McCollister’s Fitness shirts and provided black shorts or pants.

Must wear boots or work shoes with steel toe protection.

Act professionally at all times, especially with clients.

Strong work ethic and willingness to improve continuously.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Customer service skills.

Basic computer and typing skills.
