Key Work Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate work logs and timesheets to document all work performed.
• Ensure timely submission of company credit card receipts.
• Develop a clear understanding of each project's goals and client requirements to ensure installations align accurately with expectations.
• Work closely with the Lead Installer and installation team members to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow during projects.
• Perform hands-on installation duties, including cable pulling, termination, rigging, equipment mounting, and related tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship aligned with project specifications.
• Read, understand, and follow system and infrastructure drawings to ensure precise execution of installations.
• Research and comprehend product manuals and specifications to ensure correct handling, installation, and troubleshooting of AVL equipment.
• Maintain installation trucks and tools, ensuring cleanliness, safety, organization, and secure storage to enable efficient operations.
• Safely operate tools, heavy machinery, lifts, and other equipment, strictly adhering to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
• Represent MABE professionally at all times on job sites, maintaining a positive attitude, and assisting in addressing client questions or resolving onsite issues.
• Attend training sessions provided by the Leadership to continually enhance technical skills and stay current with AVL technologies and installation techniques.
• Travel to job sites, including out of state, as needed.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Aptitude to learn the sound, lighting, video, and projection industry.
• Able to actively pursue staying current with market trends through trade publications, online research, etc.
• Able to attend manufacturing training as needed.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Must be able to manage time well and work under pressure.
• Must be able to lift 50 - 75 lbs minimum daily.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work from heights.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, cloud-based inventory management software).
• Clean motor vehicle record and valid driver's license.
