About the role

Goodmans is seeking a reliable Installer to join their Phoenix team. This role involves delivering and installing furniture at customer sites, requiring hands-on work and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install furniture safely and efficiently
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment with care
• Read job details and ensure all tasks are completed correctly
• Spot and report any issues, punch list items, or changes
• Work closely with your team to complete the job
• Represent Goodmans professionally on-site

Requirements

• Experience with installation, construction, moving, or similar work
• Dependable and ready to work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to solve problems on the fly
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Commitment to safety

What We’re Looking For

• Physical, active job
• Lifting and carrying 50+ lbs regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and moving throughout the day
• Using tools and working with your hands
• Occasional travel (including some out-of-state jobs)
• Making sure to meet DOT clearance requirements
