Installer

About the role

FBS Appliance is looking for a skilled and motivated individual(s) to fill the role of an Appliance Installer. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all products are installed to our high standards. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our growing team and will have a direct impact on the success of our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive or ride in company truck to pick up locations to load and deliver appliances to routed addresses
• Help install appliances without damaging product or customer/builder's property
• Document install with notes and pictures of completed install, and/or deterrents to install completion
• Remove all trash from jobsite and dispose of properly
• Load notes and pictures into app via phone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience/license are a plus but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in all seasons and temperatures of weather
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Benefits

• TRRC certification + manufacture certification will be offered and paid for by FBS Appliance, with a $1.00/hr increase in pay upon completion
• TDLR licensed + manufacture certification will be offered and paid for by FBS Appliance, with a $2.00/hr increase in pay upon completion
• Internal training program, including JENNAIR, MONOGRAM certification, Texas railroad commission certification, and Texas department of licensed

Pay

Pay will be based on experience, with a pay range of $21.00 to $28.00 an hour
