Installer

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing various light construction tasks. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What your day might look like

• Perform light constructions tasks such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks
• Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably
• Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one

What you bring to the table

• Some prior construction experience
• Willingness to travel
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
