Installer Apprentice
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, etc. Also remove application instructions like "Apply at Precision Garage Door Service today!" and "APPLY TODAY!" etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Content: Location line: "Cincinnati, Ohio, US, 45216" - minor metadata, can be folded into a short
or drop. Probably we can include as a
at top. Then intro: "Are you an eager self-starter that loves to troubleshoot and fix things? Are you looking for a career where you can advance quickly and have control over your income? As a Garage Door Installer at Precision Garage Door Services, you’ll receive training so that you can be up and running quickly with your own company vehicle and stream of customers. We will train and provide you with all the necessary tools to grow your career as far as you want to take it! You will be front and center helping our customers by repairing, replacing, and installing garage doors. You’ll put the customers at ease, making sure they fully understand the service options available that’ll get the job done correctly. If you are looking for a company that values your success, where you can grow your career and take control of your income, we would love to talk to you." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" heading. Then "Why You’ll Want to Join the Precision Garage Door Service Team" with bullet-like paragraphs. This could be "Benefits" or maybe "About the team". Could be considered "Benefits" but they also have separate "Pay And Benefits" later. The "Why You’ll Want to Join..." includes training, team support, autonomy, etc. Could be considered "Benefits" or "About the team". Since we have a separate Pay And Benefits later, we could treat this as "Benefits" (non-pay). But we also have a later "Pay And Benefits" section that mentions competitive pay and benefits. We'll need to decide. We have "Your Responsibilities As a Door Installer" with bullet list of duties. That's Responsibilities. Then "How To Succeed In This Role" with bullet points (maximizing time, quality work, wow customer, commitment to safety). Could be considered "Skills" or "Qualifications"? Might be better as "Skills" or "Requirements"? But we also have "Basic Position Requirements" and "Knowledge". So we can have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Basic Position Requirements and Knowledge), Skills (maybe from How To Succeed). Pay And Benefits section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay And Benefits: "We offer competitive pay and benefits that will meet or beat any trade. At Precision Garage Door Service, we take pride in building a strong team and a sophisticated reputation. With our training and processes, the sky is the limit for your success in this industry." That's vague but still mentions competitive pay and benefits. It's not specific numbers but it's still content. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "We offer competitive pay and benefits". So we can include Pay And Benefits section. Schedule: not mentioned. So omit Schedule. Benefits: we have "Why You’ll Want to Join..." which includes many benefits (training, team support, autonomy, etc). Could be Benefits section. But we already have Pay And Benefits; maybe we combine? The rule: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Benefits and Pay into one "Pay and Benefits" section, but we already have that heading. However we also have separate "Why You’ll Want to Join..." which is more about culture/team. Could be "About the team" or "Work Environment". But we don't have a heading for that in allowed list; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put the culture/team under "Benefits" (non-pay) but we already have Pay And Benefits. Could rename to "Benefits" and include both non-pay and pay? But we have a separate Pay And Benefits heading in the text. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings. We should not invent headings like "Why You’ll Want to Join...". So we need to map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: intro paragraph(s) describing role. - Responsibilities: list from "Your Responsibilities As a Door Installer". - Requirements: combine "Basic Position Requirements" and "Knowledge". Could be Requirements. - Skills: maybe from "How To Succeed In This Role" (maximizing time, quality work, wow customer, commitment to safety). Those are more like skills/behaviors. - Pay: from "Pay And Benefits" section (competitive pay and benefits). Could be Pay. - Benefits: maybe we could also have Benefits section from "Why You’ll Want to Join..." but we already used Pay for pay; we could still have Benefits for non-pay benefits. However we must not create thin sections; but we have substantive content for both. Could be okay. But we must not repeat the job title as a heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove "Apply at Precision Garage Door Service today!" and "APPLY TODAY!". Also remove duplicated lines like "We will train and provide you with all the necessary tools to grow your career as far as you want to take it!" maybe not duplicated. Now produce HTML fragment. We could also include Benefits section from "Why You’ll Want to Join..." but we already used Pay for pay+benefits. However the text says "We offer competitive pay and benefits". That covers both. The "Why You’ll Want to Join..." is more about culture/team, which could be considered Benefits (non-pay). But we might be okay to omit Benefits section to avoid thin sections? But we have substantive content there. However we already used Pay for both pay and benefits; maybe we should rename Pay to "Pay and Benefits" and include both pay and benefits content. But we also have separate "Why You’ll Want to Join..." which is also benefits. Could combine them under Pay and Benefits. Let's see: The "Why You’ll Want to Join..." includes training, team support, autonomy, etc. Those are benefits. So we could incorporate that into Pay and Benefits section. Thus we could have:Pay and Benefits
