Installer Apprentice

About the role

As an Installer Apprentice, you will handle all customer and company needs ranging from basic service to complete installation of water softener, conditioner, and filtration products. Offers are contingent upon a successful skills assessment and driving record check.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive company vehicles including box trucks
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Incredible attitude and work ethic

Qualifications

Previous water softening or water softening store experience is preferred but not required; this is an entry‑level position.

Pay

Salary starting at $20/hr with post‑training bumps and commission.

Schedule

5‑day, 8‑hour shifts.
