Installation Technician (Part-Time)

About the role

This role is for a Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in various outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing cable, internet, TV, and mobile services.
• Providing customer education and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Working outdoors in different weather conditions and terrains.
• Using hand tools, operating company vehicles, and handling small components and wires.
• Building relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in computer use, effective communication, professionalism, and time management.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and operate in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Fluent in English and able to travel as needed.
