About the role

This Field Technician role involves installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in a dynamic outdoor environment. You will troubleshoot technical issues, work with hand tools, and maintain safety while navigating various terrains and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform installations and repairs
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the field
• Operate company vehicles safely
• Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
• Use hand tools and maintain equipment
• Educate customers on services and best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers and hand tools
• Effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
