Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $52,000 - $65,000. Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Paid Time Off

Summary
The Installation Technician I supports the setup, maintenance, and repair of Nexity parking technology equipment at customer sites across the U.S. This is a hands-on, entry-level technician role focused on learning installations, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting senior technicians with larger projects.
Essential Functions
- Aid in installing Nexity parking technology equipment including sensors, lights, gates, signs, cabling, and related hardware at customer locations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Support senior technicians with system upgrades, new site launches, and larger installation projects.
- Use mobile apps, tablets, and internal systems to activate devices, complete testing, and document completed work.
- Read and follow installation instructions, wiring diagrams, and project plans to complete work accurately and safely.
- Maintain tools, materials, and job sites while following company safety and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding project updates, service needs, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Trade school, associate degree, or technical certifications preferred.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, construction, electrical, or technical support preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills: Basic mechanical and technical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, reliable and detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, good communication skills.
