Responsibilities
- Work independently to install, troubleshoot, and activate network services
- Provide excellent customer service
- Solve technical problems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass assessments and identify wire and cable colors
