Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, assemble, and install commercial fitness equipment ensuring proper and safe installation methods
- Handle and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
- Maintain truck/van inventory; follow safety and housekeeping standards
- Operate and drive a 26’ box truck with lift gate
- Communicate professionally, providing clear next steps and timelines
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve uptime, SLA adherence
Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Mechanical/electro-mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand/power tools
- Commercial fitness or similar field service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, organized, great communication skills
- Ability to work independently, local travel (and occasional overnights) as needed
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps/CRM/work-order systems
- Forklift Certified
