Installation Technician

Job Summary

Join us in making a difference by introducing our customers to the world's most robust network while delivering exceptional service. As an Installation Technician, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through seamless installations of state-of-the-art technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
• Work independently and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet new people daily and work in various environments, from small spaces to heights up to 28 feet.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs. and climb ladders weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Work in teams and collaborate in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to identify wire and cable colors.
• Pass relevant pre-employment assessments.
