Position Summary

The Installation Technician is based out of Knoxville, TN and is responsible for safely fabricating, inspecting, and installing fall protection systems while completing work orders within budgeted timeframes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing jobsite conditions, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly in the field. Professional communication, patience, and excellent customer service are essential when interacting with customers and team members. This full-time position offers regular opportunities for overtime and requires frequent travel--up to 95% of working hours--based on project locations. Installation Technicians play a critical role in delivering high-quality fall protection solutions that help customers protect workers and maintain safe work environments at height.

Responsibilities
