About the role
The Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns.
- Train new installers and provide ongoing support to improve their skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or installation.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
