About the role

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns.
  • Train new installers and provide ongoing support to improve their skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or installation.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
