Responsibilities

  • Bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites.
  • Effectively manage resources and lead a union represented workforce.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
  • Manage a schedule and track team performance.
  • Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority for your team.
  • Provide learning opportunities for your team.
  • Use knowledge gained from obtaining an associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant construction expertise.
  • Supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce.
  • An appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Additional years of experience in construction management.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $105,000 - $136,500. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Schedule

Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
