Responsibilities
- Guide your team on construction sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements and building systems knowledge.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant construction expertise and supervisory experience, preferably leading a union-represented workforce.
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with working with general contractors and managing resources.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- An appetite for learning and embracing new technologies.

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $121,000 - $158,700. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
