Installation Supervisor
About the role
The Installation Supervisor oversees the Installation and Order Verification Program, working closely with the retail sales process to improve the quality of Pella installations and the customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring sub-contracted installers, developing new installers, resolving installation disputes, and negotiating and monitoring installer payouts.
Through job-site evaluations, the supervisor ensures Pella installation instructions are met and enforced while maintaining cost and time-effective installation teams. This position works primarily in the field on job sites, with the remaining time typically spent at a home office. Occasional meetings may be required at the Parsippany, NJ office.
Schedule
Typical hours for this role are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Pay
Typical annual salary range is between $84,000 and $100,000, based on experience and skill set. An annual bonus is also offered.
