About the role
The Installation Supervisor oversees the Installation and Order Verification Program, working closely with the retail sales process to improve the quality of Pella installations and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sub-contracted installers and develop new installers
- Resolve installation disputes
- Negotiate and monitor installer payouts
- Conduct job-site evaluations to ensure Pella installation instructions are met and enforced
- Maintain cost and time-effective installation teams
