About the role
The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customer to review difficult or complicated jobs.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing/executing project schedules
- Assist with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed
- Monitoring work progress
- Customer updates in our job software
- Monitoring labor expenses
- Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness and make sure that jobs are placed on the books
- Track labor and material costs
- Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed
- Maintain branch production speed
- Review concerns with Regional Manager
- Executing Jump program
- Employee and subcontractor recruitment
- Review schedules with Operations Supervisor and Regional Manager
- Job measures
- Job Installations
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows
- Good problem-solving skills
- Competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently
- Well organized with the ability to think on your feet
- Proactive in managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions and company expectations
- Ability to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both customers and employees/subcontractors

Pay
$65,000 - $75,000
