About the Role
The Installation Project Manager will capture accurate measurements for window and door replacements, identify all secondary materials for each project, and ensure customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Apply sound installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for an average of 60 projects per month.
- Ensure all projects are sold in a manner consistent with company policies and financial objectives.
- Determine workflow, project complexity, and identify the appropriate skills necessary to complete each project.
- Provide complete installation methods and materials estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
- Manage the installation life cycle, including directing subcontractors and making decisions that affect the financial outcome of the project.
- Process project-related paperwork and administrative duties, including EPA lead-safe work practice documentation when applicable.
- Travel to Richmond, VA, for training, team meetings, and company events (more frequent during the first three months of onboarding).
Requirements
- Experience in the construction trade, preferably in window and door installation.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- High school graduate or trade school education.
- Strong proficiency using a measuring tape.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to navigate an iPad and basic computer knowledge.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar programs.

Pay
Starting pay: $70,000 annually.
