Responsibilities
- Drive successful project execution, ensuring installations meet high standards, customer expectations, and budget goals.
- Direct install partners and crews, providing daily guidance and advice on management policies.
- Oversee the entire installation process with company support including weekly pay, a company vehicle, and corporate resources.
- Manage subcontractor crews, confirming contract obligations, and maintaining transparency and trust with customers.
- Deliver top-tier customer service as the primary point of contact for homeowners.
- Control costs without compromising quality, manage materials, labor, and expenses, and ensure timely payments and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role.
- Home improvement installation experience (roofing is a plus!), with 2+ years supervising on-site construction personnel.
- Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons or periods of increased workload.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, along with OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or a strong safety mindset).
- Willingness to become forklift certified and experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful.

Skills

Pay
Earn Over $100,000 Annually – Base salary starting at $75,000 plus monthly & quarterly bonuses.
