Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the installation team.
- Train new and existing installers on company standards and best practices.
- Perform job site inspections and maintain high installation quality.
- Manage installer schedules, productivity, and daily field operations.
- Work closely with production and service teams to ensure jobs are installation-ready.
- Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and internal departments.
- Resolve installation issues and oversee service work when needed.
- Maintain accurate job information, notes, photos, and customer communication in the company's CRM.
- Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and a culture focused on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of installation methods and quality standards.
- Experience leading and developing employees.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
